Processing and Shipping Times

Because we work with a network of suppliers to bring you the best products, our shipping times can vary. We appreciate your patience and want to be as transparent as possible about the process.

Order Processing: Once you place an order, our suppliers will process and prepare it for shipment. This typically takes [e.g., 2-5 business days].

Shipping Time: After processing, your order is dispatched directly from our supplier. The estimated delivery time will depend on the product and the supplier's location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and shipping destination. We offer  free standard shipping on all UK Shipping .

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. Please allow  24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within  7 days of the expected delivery date or receiving the item. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damaged item. We will work with our supplier and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
