Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Returns Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

We extend this right, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be:

  • In original condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • With all tags attached: All original tags and labels must be on the item.

  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number and full name.

Items that cannot be returned:

For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-refundable unless they are faulty. These include:

  • Earrings

  • Underwear and swimwear

  • Hats and hair accessories

Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

 

How to Make a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to Contact@pearloffaithstreetwear.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: We will respond with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Please include your RA number inside the package.

  4. Send It Back: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely, as we cannot issue a refund for items that go missing in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Contact@pearloffaithstreetwear.co.uk. You have a legal right to a refund or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items and provide a full refund or a replacement once we have verified the issue.
