3. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Jewellery and watches may only be returned if they remain unworn and in their original condition, unless the item is faulty.
  • Eligible UK returns include a free prepaid Royal Mail return label. Once your return request has been approved, your prepaid return label and return instructions will be sent by email.
  • Returns must be authorised before being sent back.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, or where required by law, within the applicable statutory timeframe.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required under UK consumer legislation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds where returned items do not meet the conditions of this policy.
