3. Tracking Your Order

As the seller, we handle all UK VAT obligations for orders.
You should not be charged any extra VAT or duty fees upon delivery.
5. Returns and Exchanges
* Due to the varied nature of drop-shipping, returns must be approved in advance.
* If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a refund according to the Refund policy.
* Please do not send items back to the return address on the package without prior instruction, as this is typically the supplier's warehouse and may not be the correct return facility for a refund.
